PLACING AN ORDER
Yes, we ship worldwide via Fedex, Aramex, DHL etc For more details check our shipping & delivery page.
We have two choices. The first is free standard delivery. Then there is express shipping, which is weight-based and is determined at the time of purchase. Express shipping costs begin at 250 rupees per kilogram

The typical delivery method takes 7 to 10 working days to deliver the order. And for expedited shipment, 3–4 days.

Debit/Credit cards, NetBanking, Google Pay, and UPI are all acceptable payment methods for Indian customers. In contrast, our international customers can pay with a debit or credit card.

We began as a one-human brand run by simply our founder, and today, thanks to all the love, we are a team of four.  However, customer service is still handled by our team members because we do not yet have a real staff in place. It’s a little understaffed here due to their added responsibilities of packing, receiving orders, maintaining inventory, and other things. Since we are currently hiring, this won’t be a problem for very long.

We allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellation, email us at contact@labelhridya.com with the following subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST-  Enter Order Id 

Because we’re currently a small team at Label Hridya, we sometimes have limited inventory, making refunds impossible for us for now. As new and varied questions keep pouring in, we’ll keep updating this area for our customers. We’ll do our best to assist you!

Yes, we sell only authentic chikankari/ chikan products made by hand in Awadh/ Lucknow. 
All items are in stock unless displayed as ‘OUT OF STOCK’. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer unless you have completed your purchase.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email our customer care team: support@labelhridya.com to find out if we can create the same ensemble for you.
While we have made every effort to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee the same. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and the colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings/ phone resolutions. You may discuss with us in case of any confusion.
